The bed base sits at two heights: high for a newborn, low once the baby can sit or pull up. One long side comes off when your child is big enough to climb in and out, which turns it into a low toddler bed. Sizes are from IKEA's US product page; check the listing for the exact version you buy.
Because the Gulliver has no big headboard or attached changer, it's on the small side for a full-size crib. A crib with a changer on the end can be 70" or longer. If your room is very tight (an 8x9 or a closet nook), look at our full-size vs mini crib guide.
With the crib along the left wall, 108" − 30¼" leaves about 77" of floor across the room. That's plenty: the dresser drawers need 36", and you still have a wide path from the door to the crib. In a 10x10 you'd have about 89".
Type in your room's size, add a crib at 53⅞" × 29½", and drag it around your real walls, door and window.
